Before the Surgery

Pre-operative blood work and medical clearance are scheduled. You must stop smoking 4 weeks before surgery and avoid aspirin or anti-inflammatory medications for 10 days. The Day of Surgery

You arrive fasting at the accredited private hospital. The anesthesiologist reviews your file, the surgeon marks the planned incisions along the hairline and around the ears. The procedure lasts 3 to 5 hours under general anesthesia depending on the combination performed. You spend one night in hospital under medical supervision before returning to the partner hotel with a light supportive dressing in place.

After the Surgery

A licensed M.D. visits you daily at the hotel for the first 5–7 days. Sutures are removed around days 7 to 10; bruising and swelling largely resolve over 2 to 3 weeks. You return to the clinic for a final check before flying home. Remote follow-up by video call continues over the following months as the result settles.

Weeks 2 to 4

Most visible bruising and swelling resolve over 2 to 3 weeks, and most patients feel comfortable returning to social life at about 2 to 3 weeks. Temporary numbness of the cheeks and around the ears gradually recovers. No contact sport yet.

Months 1 to 3

Light cardio is allowed at around 3 weeks; full exercise at 6 weeks. Residual firmness softens and the tissues relax into their new position. By month 3 the result looks natural and refreshed.

Long-term refinement
