You complete a detailed medical-history form and (when needed) submit photos. Our team reviews any pre-existing conditions, medications, prior surgeries and ASA risk class before quoting a personalised plan.
Before any surgery, every patient undergoes a complete blood panel: complete blood count, blood group, coagulation profile, urea, glycaemia, lipid panel, HIV/HBV/HCV serology, ECG and chest X-ray. Results are reviewed by both the surgeon and the anaesthesiologist.
All surgeries are performed in CSG-accredited private surgical centres equipped with full intensive-care backup. The team includes two board-certified plastic surgeons, a licensed anaesthesiologist, a circulating nurse, an instrument nurse and a recovery-room nurse.
For seven consecutive days, a medical doctor visits you at your hotel — bandage changes, suture inspection, drain removal, lymphatic massage when indicated. A bilingual emergency line is available 24/7.
Once you return home, follow-up continues by video. If an aesthetic complication directly attributable to the procedure occurs within 12 months, our surgical guarantee covers corrective surgery at no surgical-fee cost.

AMCPER membership and CMCPER certification — equivalent to US ABPS. ISAPS membership is an additional indicator of international standing. All Argaman Plastic Surgeries Mexico surgeons hold both CMCPER and AMCPER credentials.

Argaman Plastic Surgeries Mexico's surgical guarantee covers corrective surgery at no surgical-fee cost when an aesthetic complication is directly attributable to the procedure. Hospital, anaesthesia and medication fees remain the patient's responsibility. Medical complications independent of the surgery (uncontrolled hypertension, undisclosed conditions) fall outside the guarantee.

Argaman Plastic Surgeries Mexico packages include 7 nights of post-operative stay — enough time for the first three follow-up checks, suture review and a fit-to-fly clearance. Major procedures (mommy makeover, body lift, total body lift) may require 10–14 days.
It must be disclosed at the pre-consultation. Conditions such as controlled hypertension, well-managed diabetes or mild anaemia are usually compatible with surgery. Active cancer, recent cardiac events, uncontrolled diabetes or coagulation disorders generally contraindicate elective surgery — we will tell you honestly.
